Rita Ora's clout in the fashion world is rising now that the singer is the new face of Madonna's Material Girl line. The British darling was named Georgia May Jagger's successor back in May and now the first photos of Ora's campaign have been released. In them, Ora hits up iconic London spots like Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the London Eye while playing dress up in patterned leggings, tight mini dresses, accessories and heels.
"To be handpicked by Madonna and her incredibly cool daughter Lola is the largest of all compliments," Ora says.
Not only that, but the star has been enjoying her tourist-style photo shoot through her hometown.
"This has been an amazing Material Girl tour around my hometown, London, taking loads of pictures, dressing up and having fun," she says.
"Material Girl means fashion, it means confidence. It means belief, inspiration and the freedom to really express yourself. I don't think Material Girl follows trends…we make trends."
The junior brand will be sold exclusively at Macy's and macys.com.
