Healthy Habits - It starts with keeping in mind what you eat, when you eat, and I even add in, how much you eat. I’ve learned that if I’m going to go out late to grab a bite, I’ll have something very small and really light. Be smart about it and grab a shake or a smoothie. There are other smart ways that you can cap off a nice date or an outing. You don’t always have to shovel a four-course entrée down your throat.

Lamman's Don'ts - I eat a lot of fruits and nuts. I love trail mix, raisins and almonds. I drink very little soda, if any. I don’t smoke or drink coffee. I don’t really drink alcohol, either. I have an occasional glass of wine.

Be Mindful - You have to remember that everything you put in your system doesn’t immediately disappear. It either sits in your body somewhere until your body flushes it out, or you burn it off. If not, it just gets stored in certain places and most foods turn into sugars or fatty deposits.

Eat More - My philosophy is to do a lot of a little. I’m always getting teased, because I’m always eating. Every two to three hours I’m nibbling on something. You’re only giving your body what it needs when it’s telling you, ‘Hey, I need a little something.’ As opposed to waiting 4 – 6 hours and gorging yourself.
