Angela Davis

Angela Davis is a radical activist who was linked to the Black Panthers in the 1960s and '70s. After Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated, she joined the Communist Party and ran for U.S. Vice President in 1980. She still continues her work as an activist and writes on women's rights and racial justice.
