Ludacris and Roberta Shields

The Grammy-winning artist has credited his mother Roberta Shields for teaching him a thing or two about the business world. "My mother taught me [about being an entrepreneur] at an early age and I'd like to pass on the same thing to my daughter," he explains. "It's about creating wealth, it's about putting her in a position where she can be her own boss and learn early on about business."
