Get the Look - Rihanna's makeup! Ciara's hair! Get glam with these easy how-to tips.

Rihanna - Rihanna's hair has been black, blonde, red, curly, long, short and everywhere in between, but no matter what the Bajan beauty does, she looks flawless. Props to her hair stylist!(Photo: Jason Merritt/Getty Images)

Rihanna: Balance Out Color - Rihanna was already eye-catching at the Grammys with her newly dyed hair and sexy Armani dress, so her makeup artist, Mylah Morales, opted to give the singer just enough makeup to play up her features. Morales prepped the singer’s skin with La Mer Gel cream before using an Armani foundation. Rhi’s eyes popped thanks to sharp eyeliner rimming her upper and lower lids and Giorgio Armani’s Eyes to Kill mascara.  (Photo: Jason Merritt/Getty Images)

Melanie Fiona: Whip It! - Melanie’s effortless Grammys makeup consisted of dewy foundation, winged eyeliner and a nude lip, but she brought the drama to her beauty look with a ponytail piece. For a ponytail at home: brush your natural hair into a ponytail, then apply heavy setting gel to smooth. Fold a track of extension hair in two to create volume and wrap around your natural hair ponytail, starting with the two open ends of the track on top of your ponytail. After the track is completely wrapped around your hair, secure with bobby pins (remember: glue can damage your hair!). (Photo: Jason Merritt/Getty Images)

Tatyana Ali: Girlie Curls - Tatyana’s springy curls can be achieved with a small curling iron. Start with dry, straight hair. Hold the barrel parallel to your head and wrap small pieces around it. After you complete curling all pieces, use setting spray to create a soft hold and finish with sheen spray to add shine. Keep the curls looking fresh by pin-curling your hair at night. Taraji P. Henson - It took heavy makeup and scenes with Brad Pitt for the rest of the world to recognize Taraji P. Henson's talent, but Tyler Perry had the tip for years. He first cast Henson opposite Sanaa Lathan in The Family That Preys, but gave her a true starring role as a single aunt raising her sister's children and looking for love in I Can Do Bad All By Myself. Taraji P. Henson: Bat Your Eyes - The actress showed off an easy Old Hollywood glam look at the Grammys: a classic voluminous up-do, soft lip and false lashes that reached to the sky. For similar wow-factor lashes, try a full set of falsies like MAC #7s ($15). After applying with eyelash adhesive, draw a fine line of eyeliner over the base of the lash and gently swipe your mascara brush at the roots to blend. (Photo: Vince Bucci/PictureGroup)

Tracee Ellis Ross: Make Your Lips Sing - Plums, purples and pink lipsticks are of-the-moment lip colors that add pop and flatter a variety of shades of brown skin. Don’t be afraid to try a fun and flirty color, but, like Tracee, if going with a bolder lip, keep the makeup light on the eyes so as not to overwhelm the look. A tip: if punchy matte lipstick colors give you an “ashy” look, dab a small amount of lip gloss after applying the color for a subtle shine. (Photo: Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images)

Estelle: Glam in an Instant - A bold red lip can instantly add a “wow” factor. Think you can’t pull it off? The trick is finding the right shade that will best flatter your skin tone. Blue-based shades (such as cranberry or wine) flatter lighter skin, while warm orange-based shades (such as brick red) work well with darker skin.   (Photo: Adrian Sidney/PictureGroup)

Love All Over Me - "Love All Over Me" showed exactly what Monica was wearing every single day. This is one of her more epic ballads and really exposed his superb vocal abilities. Go girl! (Photo: Angela Weiss/WireImage)

Monica: Think Pink - If you love the “nude lip” effect, but an actual nude color doesn’t quite do it for you, go a few shades up with a frothy pink, like Monica. (Photo: Angela Weiss/WireImage)

Keri Hilson: Raise Your Brow - OK, so your eyebrows probably won’t be the first thing people notice, but a perfectly shaped ‘brow can enhance the face by framing your eyes. Start by using a mascara comb to brush through your eyebrows, and then brush them up. You’ll see all those wayward hairs that fall outside of your natural eyebrow shape. Pluck the stragglers with Tweezers. For sparse eyebrows (or to just create fuller ones, like Keri’s) use an eyebrow pencil in the same color as your ‘brow hair and lightly (key word: lightly!) shade in until you’ve reached desired fullness.   (Photo: Paras Griffin /Landov)

Ciara: Embrace the Imperfections - Brightened your hair several shades lighter than your natural hair color and don’t have time to keep it up? Before you completely go back to your roots, consider letting it go for the “ombre” color effect that stars like Ciara and Rihanna are rocking right now.  (Photo: FayesVision/WENN.com)

Christina Milian: Put a Twist on the Classics - Stars keep it fresh on the red carpet by putting modern spins on tried-and-true looks. Christina updated the smoky eye by using deep purple instead of black eye shadow (navy blues give a cool effect, too!). Try it. (Photo: Arnold Turner)
