With just days until the presidential election, the actress is still stumping for the Romney ticket.
"Fighting the good fight. Godspeed," she tweeted along with a photo that showed her and Ryan standing in front of an American flag.
Dash stoked the ire of many of her African-American followers and other Black celebrities when she tweeted, “Vote for Romney. The only choice for your future," just weeks ago. The endorsement was accompanied by a bikini-clad photo of Dash and led other stars such as Vivica A. Fox and Kimora Lee Simmons to accuse Dash of using her political affiliation for publicity.
“I don’t know why she [Stacey Dash] had to do a photo shoot,” Fox said in response to Dash’s bikini photo. “Most politicians, when you support them, you try to support them with class, you don’t need to do a swimsuit shoot.”
While Dash has admitted that she voted for President Barack Obama in 2008, she now says that Mitt Romney has "proven his ability to lead, his ability to be excellent."
"I believe that Governor Mitt Romney believes in the American people. That we can be self evident, that we are capable of achieving the American dream. That there is enough for everyone," she wrote on her blog.
