Condoleezza Returns to the Spotlight

While Condoleezza Rice has said repeatedly she has no plans to join Mitt Romney's presidential cabinet if he's elected to office, the former U.S. secretary of state did remind the country that she's got his back politically. In her RNC speech on Wednesday, she called for the return of American leadership in the global marketplace.
