I'm in the Military. Can I Register and Vote If I'm Stationed Overseas or Outside of My Home State?

Yes. Citizens serving in the military and eligible family members can use the Federal Post Card Application to register to vote, update their information and request an absentee ballot. The form is available online and at U.S. embassies, consulates and military bases worldwide.
