Ohio

A few months before the November election, Ohio reduced the number of early voting days and limited early voting hours in select, read Democratic-leaning, districts. Following a lawsuit filed by President Obama's re-election campaign, the U.S. Supreme Court restored early voting on the three days prior to Election Day. In addition, under pressure, Ohio's secretary of state made voting hours uniform across all districts.
