What Do I Do if a Poll Worker Tries to Intimidate Me?

Report the incident to the deputy sheriff of the polling place. If this fails, you can call 1-866-OUR-VOTE and the Secretary of State’s office to report it. A poll worker can only challenge a voter based on the following scenarios: that the voter is not a citizen, that the person has not resided in Ohio for 30 days before the election, that the voter is not a resident of the precinct, or that the person is not of legal voting age.
