Do I Need a Photo ID to Vote?

No. Pennsylvania struck down the voter ID law in early October. A poll worker may ask for a photo ID, but it is NOT required to vote. If you’re voting for the first time, you may be required to provide identification. Acceptable forms include: state ID, passport, student ID, an employee ID, firearms permit, current utility bill, bank statement or voter’s registration card.
