Team Obama is reportedly seeking advice from former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, who left the administration to run for mayor of Chicago. "He’s one of our best strategists,” an operative, who once described Emanuel as the “Democratic Party’s Karl Rove," told The Hill. “He still has that gift and that strategic mind that any sitting Democratic president running for re-election would want.”
