In a lighthearted moment at an Ohio town hall-style event on July 16, a small business owner who runs a barber shop opened his question about administration policies that help the self-employed with a request to cut the president's hair. “You would not want a president who was disloyal to his barber. I mean, a man and his barber, that’s a strong connection,” responded Obama. "Maybe I’ll let you give me a line — a little bit."
