Sudan Will Pull Troops From Oil-Rich Region

Sudan vowed to withdraw its army Tuesday from the hotly disputed border region it shares with South Sudan that contains rich oil fields. The announcement came ahead of peace talks scheduled to be held in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa and moderated by former South African President Thabo Mbeki.
