Challenger Calls Fraud

Tsvangirai struck a defeatist note on Thursday when he declared the election "null and void," alleging that the voting process had been rigged and was "shoddy." The Zimbabwe Election Support Network, a local, non-governmental poll monitoring group confirmed his accusations, but Mugabe and ZANU-PF have denied vote-rigging. The final results are expected on Monday.
