Date for Syrian Peace Talks Announced

The chief of the Arab League said on Sunday that international powers would convene peace talks between Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s government and opposition leaders on Nov. 23 in Geneva. However, Syrian officials deduced the announcement to “hype” over something that has been continuously delayed.
