Peacekeepers Kill Civilians in Central African Republic

Chadian peace-keeper soldiers have reportedly shot and killed 30 people in the Central African Republic’s in Bangui, the country’s capital. The soldiers began shooting after their vehicles were hit with grenades and opened fire after they were roadblocked.  (Photo: Ben Curtis/AP Photo)
