Scotland Wants to Offer Gay Ugandans Asylum

Gay Ugandans who are threatened for their sexuality are being offered asylum by Scotland. The European nation is proposing a plan to help those individuals seeking refuge. In February, President Yoweri Museveni signed into law a bill that calls for life in prison if a person is convicted of engaging in gay sex.
