At Least 45 Women and Children Killed in Fresh Syria Attacks
Syrian opposition activists say at least 45 women and children were stabbed and burned to death Sunday by government forces in the Syrian city of Homs.
According to Local Coordination Committees of Syria, the massacre took place after peace talks between a U.N. special envoy and the Syrian regime failed to result in a cease-fire.
