Shelling Hits Hama, Syria; More U.N. Monitors Expected

At least 42 people were killed Monday in Syria as heavy shelling hit the city of Hama. The attacks came just days after the U.N. Security Council voted to send as many as 300 observers to monitor the tenuous cease-fire.
