U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton delivered tough words to Syrian President Bashar al Assad Sunday.
"There is no more time, or excuses or delays. This is the moment of truth," Clinton said.
Syria has been dragging its feet on implementing a cease-fire agreed to last week. Following Clinton’s remarks, U.N. peace envoy Kofi Annan announced that Syria has agreed to begin implementing the peace plan by April 10.
