NATO to Curb Afghanistan Airstrikes

NATO announced it will no longer use airstrikes in Afghanistan when targeting insurgents in civilian homes if "other means" are available, a spokesman said Monday. The change in policy comes after an airstrike killed 18, including women and children, last week, further straining U.S. relations with the country.
