U.K. Accused of Unfairly Rejecting African Visas

An independent probe found that U.K. border agents are "acting unfairly" when processing visas from African countries. According to U.K. Border Agency Chief Inspector John Vine, many visas were incorrectly rejected after employees "disregarded or misinterpreted" evidence.
