Roads for Africa

Newly elected African Union Commission chair Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma said that Africa’s biggest obstacles to success are the roads it travels upon to get there. Speaking at a meeting of the Progressive Women's Movement of South Africa, Dlamini-Zuma said the African Union's vision of a more integrated continent starts with bolstering transportation and communication links. (Photo: REUTERS/Tiksa Negeri)
