Congolese Warlord Thomas Lubanga to Serve 14 Years for War Crimes

The International Criminal Court found Congolese warlord Thomas Lubanga guilty of war crimes for using child soldiers under age 15 and forcing them to participate in a civil war in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He was slapped with a jail term of 14 years for the crime.
