Haiti Prime Minister Sues U.S. Paper

Haitian Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe is suing the Haiti-Observateur, a Haitian-American weekly newspaper based in South Florida, for its reporting on the sale of telecommunications company Haitel in an "outrageous, scandalous” manner.
