Lonmin Mine Talks Fail

Workers from South Africa's Marikana mine resumed their protest Monday in defiance of a company-mandated deadline to return to work. Lonmin officials say that they will not return to the bargaining table until all employees return to work. Last month, police shot and killed 34 people during wage protests at the mine.
