Global Week in Review: African Union Gets First Female Leader
And the Winner is … No One?
Organizers of the Mo Ibrahim Prize for Good Governance in Africa (also known as the world's most valuable individual prize) say that no leader was worthy of the award this year. The prize awards $5 million to a democratically elected leader who governed well, raised living standards and then voluntarily left office.
