U.K. Fines UBS Over Rogue Trader

Britain's financial regulator fined banking giant UBS $47.6 million for failures that allowed a rogue trader to lose $2.3 billion in the country's biggest-ever bank fraud case. Last week, former UBS trader Kweku Adoboli was sentenced to seven years in prison after being convicted of two counts of fraud.
