U.K. Woman Charged After Racist Train Rant

British police have charged a white woman with committing a racially aggravated offense after she launched a racist tirade on a London train in October.

Jacqueline Williams. 47, was caught on video shouting offensive slurs and saying, “Go home, go home where you belong ... You might have been born here, but I bet your grandparents and your great great grandparents weren’t.”
