A Taste of Mexico

Famous for its bold, zesty flavors, Mexican food has become a staple in the homes of many Americans. The U.S. Census Bureau estimates there were 367 U.S. tortilla manufacturing establishments in 2010, with 116 of these establishments located in Texas.
