Japan’s Prime Minister Provides Africa With Billions in Aid

Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe presented the continent of Africa with $32 billion in aid at a three-day conference on African development. "Africa will be a growth center over the next couple of decades until the middle of this century…now is the time for us to invest in Africa," he told conference attendees.
