U.K. Announces Payments to Mistreated Kenyans

More than 5,200 Kenyans have been granted compensation amounting to almost $31 million for abuses suffered during a rebellion against colonial rule. "The elderly victims of torture now at last have the recognition and justice they have sought for many years," said a lawyer for the Kenyans.
