Palestinians Says No Peace Talks Without Border Agreement 

Palestinian and Israeli negotiations are expected in the upcoming week but both nations are at odds over the terms of meeting. While Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says the new talks must take place without "preconditions" especially regarding state borders, the Palestinians insist that negotiations cannot occur until all sides agree that the pre-1967 borders would be the basis of the negotiations.
