Jamaica to Fight Child Abduction With Billboards

The Jamaican government will erect electronic billboards in the coming months to combat the country’s widespread missing children problem. "These billboards should assist the public to see and identify these children quickly and call the Office of the Children's Registry or the nearest police station," said O.C.R. Registrar Greig Smith.
