Japan’s Prime Minister Is Re-Elected

In a landslide victory, Shinzo Abe, Japan’s prime minister, along with his Liberal Democratic Party won control over the upper house of parliament. Since December 2012 Abe has been credited with reviving Japan’s economy through inflation policies and a stimulus package. However the opposition fears that he will pursue a narrow nationalist agenda.
