Spain Train Wreck Kills at Least 78

A high-speed train derailed in Northwestern Spain on Monday, killing at least 78 people and injuring more than 140. Considered the worst rail accident in decades, the disaster occurred when the train jumped the tracks after approaching a curve. Spain’s prime minister has declared three days of mourning.
