Dozens Killed in Rush Hour Blasts

At least 47 people have been killed and more wounded in a wave of car bomb attacks on Monday throughout the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, according to officials. The blasts occurred during morning rush hour in markets and parking lots in predominantly Shia Muslim districts.
