Typhoon Kills More Than Two Dozen

Typhoon Usagi ushered in winds of 110 mph as it stormed ashore Southern China on Sunday evening, causing at least 25 deaths and disrupting transportation. A majority of the casualties were because of the collapsing of houses where people took shelter, reported a top officer with the local water authority.
