Kenya to Vote on World Court Pullout

Kenya may become the first country to withdraw its membership with the International Criminal Court. The East African nation’s parliament regrouped on Thursday for an emergency session to debate the controversial motion. Some lawmakers hope the move will free President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto from the ICC charges they currently face.
