Inspectors Can’t Access Syrian Chemical Sites

Due to security reasons, inspectors reportedly are unable to check two Syrian chemical sites. The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons said Monday that as of Sunday its inspectors in Syria have checked 21 out of 23 sites. But since they are unable to search all sites, the 2014 deadline to inspect all 23 sites will be missed.
