Brazil Launches Secure E-Mail Service

Brazil is standing up to cyber-spies by abolishing Microsoft Outlook and creating a new email service. President Dilma Roussef, in a series of tweets, announced that the country's Federal Data Processing Service (Serpro) would be in charge of creating a system that would “prevent possible espionage.”
