Mo Ibrahim Foundation Cancels Prize for a Second Year

The $5 million reward for the Ibrahim Prize for Achievement in African Leadership has been canceled for a second year in a row due to a lack candidates, according to the award board at the Mo Ibrahim Foundation. The award honors leaders who ruled democratically and have stepped down.
