Mass Poisoning at South African Orphanage

An employee at an orphanage in South Africa was arrested on suspicion of poisoning 20 children in her care.

Managers at the Malerato Centre for Hope in Mamlodi township on the outskirts of Pretoria were alerted when the children complained of feeling unwell.
