PM Wades Into the Crack Mayor Fiasco

Canada’s Prime Minister Stephen Harper has finally spoken out about the under-fire, crack-smoking mayor of Toronto, Rob Ford. Following Ford’s most recent calamity in which he pushed a council member to the floor during a meeting to strip him of his powers, Harper called Ford’s behavior “troubling.”

The prime minister added that his office does not condone the illegal use of drugs.
