Climate Change Pledges Fall Short, Says UN

Climate change is back on the agenda as Ban Ki-moon, U.N. Secretary-General, addressed the United Nation’s latest climate conference being held in Warsaw, Poland.  Addressing the audience, Ki-Moon said the current pledges to address climate change are “simply inadequate.”
