Congo M23 Rebels Call Truce

After government troops regained five towns from the M23 rebels, the M23 called a ceasefire on Sunday to allow peace talks with the government. A government spokesman said the statement was "a step in the right direction,” but they are waiting to see if the M23 will live up to its request.
