Rob Ford Says He Is Not a Drug Addict

In an unexpected move Toronto Mayor Rob Ford addressed press outside of his office on Tuesday to admit to smoking crack cocaine. Ford said he might have smoked it during one of his "druken stupors." The admittance comes after Ford announced on Sunday via his radio station that he needed to cut back on drinking but will not resign.
