Deadly Church Stampede in Nigeria

In a religious vigil gone bad, 17 people were killed on Saturday after a stampede broke out at the Holy Ghost Adoration Ground in Anambra State, Nigeria. Sources say more than 100,000 people attended the vigil and the death toll could increase. There is no word as to what led to the stampede.
