South Sudan Conflict: 150 Marines Sent to Evacuate Americans

With hundreds dead and a pending civil war in the world’s newest nation, 150 marines will be deployed to South Sudan to help evacuate Americans and provide security for the U.S. Embassy. The announcement came on Monday after four U.S. soldiers were wounded in a shootout with rebels. (Photo: REUTERS/James Akena)
